Does your case not fit Spermalyze or Anavia?

Spermalyze and Anavia cover the most common use cases in semen analysis. But some projects need something different: a new species, a very specific protocol, integration with proprietary systems, or a cell application that goes beyond semen. That is what ViBio is for.

You work with a species for which no validated CASA system exists. We train the algorithms from scratch using your samples and your protocol.

Beyond semen

Your microscopic analysis is not seminal — bacteria, somatic cells, tissue or other elements. If it can be seen under a microscope, we can analyse it.

on every project

We do not start developing until we fully understand the problem. Every ViBio project begins with a conversation.

We understand your case: species, sample type, parameters you need, context of use and systems you need to integrate with.

We review the state of the art in your area, identify the specific needs and design the technical solution before writing any code.

We develop the algorithm using your real samples and validate it under demanding laboratory conditions, not idealised environments.

We install, train your team and support you throughout the entire project lifecycle. The solution works in day-to-day practice, not just on paper.
